Lt Belton, 67, of Clearlake, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol on Jan. 3 on suspicion of driving under the influence, driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher, and driving while privileges were suspended or revoked for DUI. He was later booked by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office into the Colusa County Jail on a warrant hold for the Stockton Police Department, with bail set at $200,000.
Lance Aaron Byrd, 36, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 9:24 a.m. on Jan. 2 at Market Street and 11th Street on suspicion of fishing without a license. He posted $500 cash bail and was released.Â
Steven William Perry, 32, of Maxwell, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 12:40 a.m. on Jan. 2 in the 700 block of Bridge Street on suspicion of driving under the influence and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher. He was booked and released on his own recognizance.Â
Alvaro Puentesdiaz, 29, of Dunnigan, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 11:43 p.m. on Jan. 2 on suspicion of probation violation, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail, with bail set at $5,000.
Miguel Angel Perez Soto, 27, of Clearlake, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 12:29 a.m. on Jan. 7 on suspicion of driving under the influence, driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher, contempt of court, and driving with a license suspended or revoked for DUI. He was also held on multiple warrants from Clearlake Police Department and Lake County. Bail was set at $7,000.
