Kelly James Dyett, 36, of Williams, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 12:43 a.m. on Dec. 2, in the 1000 block of Highway 20, on suspicion of possessing unlawful paraphernalia, possessing controlled substance and warrant hold for outside agency. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $500 bail.
Trinidad Sinbad Rodrigues, 39, of Chico, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 11:35 a.m. on Dec. 4, location not given, on suspicion of taking a vehicle without owner’s consent. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $10,000 bail.
Mark Keith Webster, 48, of Sacramento, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 9:15 a.m. on Dec. 4, on I-5, on suspicion of warrant hold for outside agencies. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $180,500 bail.
