Stormy Terry Peters, 28, of Willows, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 5:55 a.m. on Oct. 17, location not given, on suspicion of DUI, DUI combined alcohol and drug and warrant hold for outside agency. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $7,000 bail.
