COLUSA, CA (MPG) – The Colusa RedHawks are the only county team kicking off the season this week as they welcome the Colfax Falcons to Larry Yeghoian Field tonight in the first game for new head coach Mason Niccum.
A Sac-Joaquin Section team, Colfax finished last year with an overall record of 4-6 and edged Colusa 28-27 in the first game of the year and marked the beginning of the RedHawks’ injury woes.
Colusa faces a good test in the Falcons as they adjust to their new offensive and defensive schemes.
