Hector Moro Ortiz, 31, of Porterville, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 7:45 pm on May 28, on I-5 South of Husted Road, on suspicion of DUI and driving when privileges are suspended. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $7,000 bail.
Toby John Bivert, 54, of Yuba City, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 9:54 pm on May 29, on Highway 45, on suspicion of possessing unlawful paraphernalia. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $630 bail.
Alonso Chavez Maldonado, 36, of Maxwell, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 10:57 pm on May 29, between E and Sixth Street, on suspicion of impersonation, resisting a peace officer, expired registration, failing to provide proof of insurance, driving without a license, and operating a vehicle without a license plate. Jacob Rivera Munoz, 43, of Arbuckle, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 8:37 am on May 29, in the 100 block of Laurel Street, on suspicion of violating parole, felon in possession of ammunition, two or more convictions for drug related offenses, possessing controlled substance and unlawful paraphernalia. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $30,000 bail.
James Monroe Bradsher, 47, of Arbuckle, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 2:03 pm on May 23, in the 600 block of First Street, on suspicion of threatening crime with intent to terrorize, assaulting with firearm on person, and exhibiting deadly weapon other that a firearm. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $150,000 bail.
