Colusa, CA (MPG) – Jim White was pleased to meet and hear from author, Julia Park Tracey, who discussed her book, The Bereaved, at the April’s Meet the Author event sponsored by the Friends of the Colusa County Free Library. Tracey’s research into her grandfather’s past as an adopted child created a mesmerizing work of historical fiction illuminating the darkest side of the Orphan Train heading west.
