Arrest Log 2-21-25

Justin Tyler Bishop, 39, of Oroville, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 7:43 am on Feb. 11, between Third and Olive Street, on suspicion of threating crime with intent to terrorize, battery on a spouse, false imprisonment, and false imprisonment with violence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $10,000 bail.

John Anthony Hazelton, 47, of Fresno, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 10:40 am on Feb. 12, location not given, on suspicion of harmful matter with a minor, contact minor with intent sex. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $150,000 bail.

Jesus Alcaraz, 29, of Williams, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 5:05 pm on Feb. 13, in the 100 block of Ninth Street, on suspicion of vandalism of $400 or more and resisting a peace officer. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $10,000 bail.

Bill John Mezinis, 61, of Oroville, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 2:30 pm on Feb. 13, location not given, on suspicion of possessing controlled substance, possessing narcotic controlled substance, restricted driver operate vehicle without interlock device, possessing a controlled substance for sale, transporting controlled substance for sale, failure to appear on a felony charge, and driving when privileges are suspended. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail without bail.

Charles Edward Wesley, 42, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 2:15 pm on Feb. 13, in the 900 block of Bridge Street, on suspicion of violating probation. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail without bail.

Antone Joseph Crawshaw, 42, of Colusa, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 1:37 pm on Feb. 17, on State Route 45 North of Maxwell Road, on suspicion of smuggling drug narcotics and warrant hold for outside agencies. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $85,000 bail.

Emiliano Jesus Garcia, 22, of Williams, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 4:10 pm on Feb. 16, in the 900 block of Bridge Street, on suspicion of throwing acid and aggravated assault with deadly weapon. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $100,000 bail.

Jesus Martin Jauregui, 21, of Williams, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 2:56 am on Feb. 16, in the 1000 block of Freshwater Road, on suspicion of disorderly conduct involving drugs. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail without bail.

Kailee Alexandra Peters, 31, of Williams, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 12:02 pm on Feb. 15, on I-5 South of Greenbay Road, on suspicion of possessing narcotic controlled substance, possessing unlawful paraphernalia, shoplifting, disobeying court order, giving false ID, contempt of court, warrant hold for outside agencies, and rearrest. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $92,000 bail.
