Gerardo Sanchez, 39, of Vallejo, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 10:45 pm on Dec. 16, on Northbound I-5 north of Freshwater Road, on suspicion of DUI, driving without a license, and child abuse. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $50,000 bail.
Lupita Y. Valdez Cruz, 24, of Colusa, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 1:40 am on Dec. 16, between Market and Seventh Street, on suspicion of DUI and driving when privileges are suspended. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $7,000 bail.
Carl Shelton Byrd Jr., 42, of Brooks, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 12:45 pm on Dec. 19, location not given, on suspicion of possession of controlled substance, violating probation, prohibited person possessing ammunition, and felon possessing firearm. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail without bail.
