He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $7,500 bail.
Ronald O. Garciavargas, 32, of Sacramento, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 10:13 pm on Nov. 17, on I-5 Southbound of County Line Road, on suspicion of DUI and driving without a license. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $2,000 bail.
Mariela Janellie Iniguez, 34, of Greenfield, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 9:19 am on Nov. 18, between Pendleton and Tenth Street, on suspicion of shoplifting, resisting a peace officer, and petty theft. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $6,000 bail.
Luis Angel Lopez, 38, of Colusa, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 8:06 pm on Nov. 19, in the 1000 block of Bridge Street, on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on spouse, rape by force, and a double warrant hold for an outside agency. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $215,000 bail.
Greg Daniel McCloud, 46, of Elk Creek, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 10:30 am on Nov. 20, in the 900 block of Bridge Street, on suspicion of violating parole. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail without bail.
Nicholas Anthony Garibay, 25, of Maxwell, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 12:08 am on Nov. 25, in the 1000 block off Highway 20, on suspicion of making annoying telephone calls. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $10,000 bail.
Julio Cesar Rangel, 29, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 1:26 am on Nov. 22, location not given, on suspicion of simple battery on a spouse. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $5,000 bail.
