N. William “Billy” Cobb, an Arbuckle resident, passed away on Saturday April 6, at the age of 62. He had his wife by his side and is now at peace after a long battle with cancer.
Billy was born at the Colusa Hospital in Colusa CA, to his parents Norris & Barbara Cobb, on May 23, 1961.
He grew up in Arbuckle and graduated from Pierce High School in 1979. He graduated from Yuba College with an AA in Criminal Science. Billy was employed by the State of California Highway Patrol for 29 years and was a proud officer of the law.
Billy loved being around his family and spending time with friends, having get-togethers and enjoying quality time with them. He enjoyed hunting and fishing with his son & grandsons. He also enjoyed riding his Harley with friends and his motorcycle club IWM.
Billy is survived by his wife of 42 years, Laura (Garrido), daughter Kayleigh Cobb, son William (wife Nichole) Cobb, grandchildren, Jaxon Martinez, Joseph Martinez, Damien Cobb & Rylee Cobb, parents, Barbara & Norris, sister Carie (husband John) Kuykendall and numerous nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life, will be held Saturday, June 15, 2024 at 11am, at the Arbuckle
