Anwar N. Puebla Yanez, 42, of Williams, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 4:50 pm on Feb. 16, on Northbound I-5 north of Husted Road, on suspicion of DUI. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $2,000 bail.

Luis F. Alcaraz-Velazquez, 23, of Williams, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 11:17 pm on Dec. 16, on Husted Road, south of State Route 20, on suspicion of DUI. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $7,000 bail.

Pedro Sanchez Govea, 23, of Maxwell, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol, at 3:05 am on Feb. 17, on suspicion of DUI and driving without a license. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $2,000 bail.

Ismael A. Partida Elias, 35, of Williams, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol, at 3:15 am on Feb. 18, on Lonestar Road, south of Abel Road, on suspicion of DUI. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $2,000 bail.

Leonardo Zendejas, 27, of Williams, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 11:15 am on Feb. 18, on suspicion of disobeying a court order. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $5,000 bail.

Raymond Cory Clyne, 53, of Williams, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office, at 11:18 am on Feb. 18, in the 900 block of 7th Street, on suspicion of disobeying a court order. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $5,000 bail.

Greg Daniel McCloud, 45, of Elk Creek, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 7:04 pm on Feb. 18, location not given, on suspicion of violating the terms of his parole. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail and held on a California Department of Correction detainer.

Kayla Dawn Woltmon, 35, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa County Probation Department at 10:30 am on Feb. 21, in the 500 block of Oak Street, on suspicion of violating the terms of her Post Release Community Service. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail without bail.

David Mitchell Villescaz, 34, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 5:11 pm on Feb. 21, on Sioc Street at 9th, on suspicion of DUI. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $2,000 bail.

Jeremy Anthony Elguez, 36, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 10:43 pm on Feb. 21, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possessing unlawful paraphernalia. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $5,000 bail.

Williams Richard Whitworth, 51, of Visalia was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 5:50 pm on Feb. 22, on Northbound I-5, north of Husted Road, on suspicion of DUI. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $2,000 bail.

Kelly Hamilton Borgeson, 50, of Roseville, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol, time not given, on Feb. 23, on Northbound I-5, north of Hahn Road, on suspicion of DUI. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $2,000 bail.

Ramiro Robles-Gomes, 20, of Arbuckle, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 9:33 pm on Feb. 24, on suspicion of obstructing a peace officer, probation violation, disorderly conduct, and vandalism. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $15,000 bail.

John Edward Ruano Jr., 39, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa County Probation Department at 1:30 pm on Feb. 23, in the 500 block of Oak Street, on suspicion of violating the terms of his Post Release Community Supervision. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail.
