Gustavo Lopez, 27, of Arbuckle, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 2:46 pm on Jan. 23, in the first block of Arens Ave., Arbuckle, on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse/cohabitant/date, false imprisonment with violence, child abuse (family offense), obstructing a peace officer; and contempt of court/disobeying a court order. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $50,000 bail.
Elijah Linn Chavez, 40, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office, at 10:35 am on Jan. 26, in the 700 block of Bridge Street, on suspicion of being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm, felon in possession of ammunition, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of unlawful paraphernalia. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $50,000 bail.
Tabitha Amber Young, 43, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 11:39 am on Jan. 24, in the 600 block of Lafayette St., Colusa, on suspicion of trespassing. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $1,000 bail.
Steven Joseph Kesterson, 32, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa County Probation Department at 7:30 pm on Jan. 24, on suspicion of violation of probation. He was booked into the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office without bail.
Jose Sanchez-Plascencia, 31, of Arbuckle, was arrested by a parole officer, at 7:30 am on Jan. 25, at Jack’s Market, on suspicion of grand theft firearm, second degree burglary, disobeying a court order, being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm, and felon in possession of ammunition. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $120,000 bail.
Jose Lopez, 27, of Williams, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 11:13 am on Jan. 25, on Virginia St. at Teri St., Williams, on suspicion of obstructing a peace officer. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $5,000 bail.
Jesus Alcaraz, 27, of Williams, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department, at 8:13 pm on Jan. 25, on Parkhill and 8th Street, on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance, felony obstruction of a peace officer, resisting arrest, and possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $15,000 bail.
Andrew Dale Dyett, 35, of Williams, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol, at 12:35 am on Jan. 26, on State Route 45 at 13th Ave., on suspicion of DUI. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $2,000 bail.
Javier Hernandez Ruiz, 58, of Colusa, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol, at 12:01 am on Jan. 29, on State Route 20, east of Will S. Green Road, Colusa, on suspicion of DUI. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $2,000 bail.
