Celene Moreno-Ibarra, 30, of Williams, was arrested by the Williams Police Department, at 11:25 am on Dec. 29, at E and Seventh Street, on suspicion of smuggling a controlled substance to a person in custody and possession of a controlled substance. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $25,000 bail and held on a warrant out of Yolo County.
Fernando Cortez, 28, of Arbuckle, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department, at 3:26 pm on Dec. 30, at Jay and 10th Street, on contempt of court/disobeying a court order. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on
$5,000 bail.
Marco Antonio Guerroero, 37, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department, at 5:24 pm on Dec. 30, in the 200 block of Cynthia Drive, Colusa, on suspicion of contempt of court/disobeying a court order. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $5,000 bail.
Maria E. Grandados-Moreno, 35, of Colusa was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 4:07 pm on Dec. 31, in the first block of Palm Ave., Colusa, on suspicion of aggravated battery upon a spouse. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $5,000 bail.
Jose Raul Valencia Soto, 35, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 4:52 am on Jan. 1, in the 6000 block of Dolbow Way, Arbuckle, on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse, and child abuse with possible great bodily injury.
Gero Quintana De La Rosa, 58, of Corning, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol, at 9:25 pm on Jan. 1, on Interstate 5, south of Husted Road, on suspicion of possessing controlled substance, being a felon in possession of ammunition, possession of unlawful paraphernalia, contempt of a court order, and driving without lawful license. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $15,000 bail.
Antonio Pena Anguiano, 57, of Willows, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol, at 1:57 pm on Jan. 5, on Interstate 5, just south of Hillgate Road, on suspicion of DUI. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $2,000 bail.
Tracy Dena Stotka, 52, of Discovery Bay, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol, at 8:15 pm on Jan. 6, on State Route 20, west of Lone Star Road, on suspicion of DUI. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail
on $2,000 bail.
Jennifer Turner Stephens, 25, of San Bruno, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 2:12 am on Jan. 7, on Highway 20 at Niagra Ave. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of unlawful paraphernalia, failing to provide proof of insurance, and unlawful to drive unless licensed. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $5,000 bail and held on a warrant out of Redwood City.
