Mark Obed Sosa, 30, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 11:22 pm on Nov. 23, on 5th and Market Street, on suspicion of DUI; failing to stop at a stop sign. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail.
Fabian Saavedra Cano, 28, of Arbuckle, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department on Highway 45 and Harbison Road at 12:35 am on Nov. 26, on suspicion of DUI. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $2,000 bail.
Luis A. Guerroflores, 41, of Los Angeles, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 12:05 am on Nov. 26, at 7th and I Street on suspicion of DUI. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $2,000 bail.
Freddie Jesse Laratirado, 18, of Sacramento, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 1:40 pm on Nov. 26, on N. Leven Road, east of Grimes-Arbuckle Road, on suspicion of evading a peace officer with wanton disregard for safety, taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent, receiving known stolen property, obstructing a peace officer/resisting arrest, and unlawful to drive unless licensed. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $70,000 bail and held on a warrant out of Sacramento County.
Isaac Israel Gutierrez Jr., 20, of Sacramento, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 1:55 pm on Nov.26, on N. Leven Road, east of Grimes, on suspicion of taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent, attempting to steal property, and obstructing a peace officer/resisting arrest. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $20,000 bail.
Roman Osvaldo D. Garcia, 35, of Williams, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 5:03 am on Nov. 27, at State Route 20 at Margurite Street, on suspicion of impersonation and driving with a suspended license. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $15,000 bail and held on a warrant out of Placer County.
Christian H. Hernandez, 32, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 2:18 am on Nov. 28, location not given, on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance and disobeying a court order. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $5,000 bail.
