The Rotary Club of Colusa dug into fall tree planting with gusto last week. Together with the City of Colusa and the Colusa Park, Tree and Recreation Commission, the club planted 12 trees throughout the city, with Semple Park and Veterans Memorial Park receiving multiple trees each. The Trees for Tomorrow Program provides trees at no cost to residents each spring and fall to meet the club’s goal of planting 100 trees in Colusa by 2025, the 100th anniversary of Colusa Rotary.Preview (opens in a new tab)
