Sara Nichole Bonner, 42, of Oroville, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 10:27 am on Aug. 21 on Highway 99 and Husted Road, Williams, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of unlawful paraphernalia, failing to stop at a stop sign, and failing to provide proof of insurance. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $5,000 bail.

Juan Carlos Muniz Llamas, 28, of Anderson, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 2:30 pm on Aug. 21, location not given, on suspicion of DUI, DUI greater than .08, and child abuse with possible great bodily injury. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $5,000 bail.

Frank Armendar Mendoza, age not given, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 12:20 am on Aug. 23, location not given, on suspicion of driving on a suspended driver’s license, carrying a concealed weapon in a vehicle, carrying a loaded firearm with a prior felony, carrying a loaded handgun and not the registered owner, felon in possession of a firearm, and being a prohibited person in possession of ammunition. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $50,000 bail.

Kelley Elizabeth Grace, 62, of Kenham Springs, La., was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 7:05 pm on Aug. 23 on E. Street, north of State Route 20, on suspicion of DUI, DUI over .08, and possessing an open container of alcohol. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $2,000 bail.

Kimberly Ann Hanks, 49, of Arbuckle, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 9:19 pm on Aug. 23 at SavMor Market, Colusa, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of unlawful paraphernalia. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $5,000 bail.

Robert Steven Connolly, 35, of Yuba City, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 4:57 pm on Aug. 24, in the 100 block of Country Club Blvd. on suspicion of grand theft, receiving known stolen property, trespassing, and possession of burglary tools. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $10,000 bail.

Miguel Talama Hernandez, 34, of Marysville, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 4:57 pm on Aug. 24, in the 100 block of Country Club Blvd. on suspicion of grand theft, receiving known stolen property, trespassing, possession of burglary tools, failure to appear in court on previous petty theft and other charges. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $43,000 bail and held on a warrant from another agency.

George David Rankin, 48, of Grimes, was arrested by the Colusa County TASK Force at 9:28 pm on Aug. 24, at SavMor Market, Colusa, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of unlawful paraphernalia, and violation of probation. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $5,000 bail.

Edwin Orlan Galicia-Valle, 37, of Yuba City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 11.01 pm on Aug. 26, on Highway 99, north of Perkins Road, on suspicion of DUI, DUI over .08 percent. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $2,000 bail.

Mohsen Sami Shabaan, 59, of San Francisco, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 12:53 am on Aug. 27, on I-5, south of Lurline Road, on suspicion of DUI/any drug, possession of unlawful paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $5,000 bail.

Nina Dolores Luna, 35, of Antioch, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 7:44 pm on Aug. 27, location not given, on suspicion of DUI and DUI over .08 percent. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $2,000 bail.
