Jose Florendino T Garcia, 35, of Gridley, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 11:46 am on Aug. 16, on Harbison Road in Colusa, on suspicion of being a felon in possession of ammunition, possession of a controlled substance, and violation of felony parole. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $15,000 bail on the possession charge and a no-bail parole hold.
Cristal Hernandez Ruiz, 27, of Grimes, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 11:46 am on Aug. 16, on Harbison Road in Colusa, on suspicion of forgery/false check, possession of a controlled substance, possession of unlawful paraphernalia, and bringing drugs into a jail. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $30,000 bail.
Kwame Shahid Yusef Davis, 32, of Oakland, was arrested by Cal Fire at 7:10 PM on Aug. 17, in the 400 block of Lodoga-Stonyford Road, on suspicion of causing a fire to an inhabited structure and causing fire to structure/forest land. He was booked into the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office on $50,000 bail.
Delfino Basurto Diaz, 29, of Willows, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 11:38 am on Aug. 17, State Route 20 at Marguerite St., on suspicion of possession of a switch blade in a vehicle, contempt of court/disobey court order, not having a drivers license, and smuggling contraband into the jail. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $20,000 bail.
Mekhi Anthony Smith, 20, of Lakewood, Wash., was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 10:45 pm on Aug. 17, on northbound Interstate 5, at the Maxwell Rest Area, on suspicion of DUI, DUI over .08, and inflicting corporal injury on a spouse/cohabitant. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $50,000 bail.
Eliseo Lopez-Cardona, 37, of Williams, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 8:52 pm on Aug. 18, westbound Highway 20 on suspicion of DUI, DUI greater than .08, driving without licensed, obstructing a peace officer, and contempt of court/disobeying a court order. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $5,000 bail.
Allen Andrew Campos, 18, of Sacramento, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 1:18 pm on Aug. 20, Northbound Interstate 5 at the Glenn County Line on suspicion of DUI/any drug. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $2,000 bail.
