NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Local Agency Formation Commission that a public hearing will be held on April 6, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. in the Colusa County Board of Supervisor’s Chambers 546 Jay Street, Colusa, California, regarding the following:
Proposed 2023-2024 LAFCO Budget. The Commission will consider the proposed 2023-2024 budget to make a preliminary determination thereon by the Commission. Any person may be heard regarding the increase, decrease, or omission of any item from the budget or for the inclusion of additional items. Persons may attend and be heard at the time and place of the hearing.
Consideration of a Service Review (MSR) and Sphere of Influence (SOI) Update for the Glenn Colusa Irrigation District. LAFCO is charged with applying the policies and provisions of the Cortese-Knox-Hertzberg Act to its determinations regarding Service Reviews and Spheres of Influence. LAFCO is required to be consistent with the policies and procedures of Colusa LAFCO and the LAFCO Act.
