COUNTY OF COLUSA
PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a regular meeting of the Colusa County Board of Supervisors on January 3, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. in the Board Chambers located at 546 Jay Street, Suite 108, Colusa, CA, the Board approved passage of Ordinance 830 as follows:
ORDINANCE SUMMARY
The County of Colusa adopted Ordinance No. 830 to Amend Appendix A of section 2-100 of Article XVI, of Chapter 2 of the Colusa County Code (Conflict of Interest Code). Appendix A contains the list of designated employees/county officials who are required to file Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) Form 700 Statement of Economic Interest disclosure forms in addition to the mandatory statutory filing employees and officials pursuant to Government Code Section 87200. This ordinance would update the list to reflect changes in the designated positions since the appendix was last updated in 2020.

AYES: Supervisors Janice A. Bell, J. Merced Corona, Daurice K. Smith, Gary J. Evans
and Kent S. Boes.
