NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF COLUSA CITY COUNCIL will hold Public Hearings in the City Council chambers in the Colusa City Hall located at 425 Webster Street on Tuesday, January 17, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. or soon thereafter:
1. A Resolution of the City of Colusa City Council review and potential approval of a Development Agreement between the City of Colusa and Colusa Riverbend Estates L.P and Pomona Rio Property LLC a California limited partnership relative to the establishment and operation of a cannabis manufacturing / business facility located east of D St., north of East Clay St, and south of the Sacramento River levee in Colusa.
