The Colusa City Council on Dec. 6 appointed Cindy Steidlmayer to the Heritage Preservation Committee.
Steidlmayer, a former teacher, has been a Colusa resident for 43 years and has a degree in history, as well as a background working in historical buildings.
Steidlmayer, who has a passion for the preservation of Colusa’s historic architecture, will fill a seat that has been vacant for some time. â–
