The first Williams Christmas Light Contest is quickly approaching, with the deadline on Dec 2. If residents would like to light up the block each year with holiday cheer, then this is an opportunity to show off skills. So, untangle the lights, pull out the inflatables, and start decorating.
To join the contest, sign up by submitting your name, address, and contact information to the Williams Parks and Recreation Department by Dec 2.
“Christmas light contests are a festive way to demonstrate your community pride and light up the holiday season,” said organizer Ben Padilla.
Voting will be open Dec. 10-19. The winners will be announced on Dec 21.
