Royetta Burton Ash was born on January 30, 1930, and passed away on July 13, 2022, at the age of 92.
Royetta aka Bo (by her granddaughters) was born in Willows, Calif., to Jack and Janice Burton and was raised in Colusa, Calif.
She was educated through the Colusa Schools, and after graduating from Colusa High School, she attended College of the Pacific in Stockton. She later married William R. Ash and went on to raise a family. Royetta loved to play cards, garden, and being at the family beach house in Bolinas, Calif.
She is now sitting at the card table in the sky having a cocktail and playing Bridge with her friends Betsy, Mattie, Marilyn, and all the others.
Royetta is survived by her children Doreen Gleason, Jane (Bing) Lantis, and William (Dana) Ash; granddaughters, Katie Rosevelt, Holly Goodin, Emily Furey, and Jamie Dixon, as well as her five great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
She is predeceased by William R. Ash; parents Jack and Janice Burton; and her sister Jackie Poundsone.
