The 91st Annual Maxwell Rodeo will be held on Saturday, May 21. In order to participate, applicants must sign up for all events in advance. This year’s theme is “Celebrating the Red, White, & Blue in 2022!”
Entries are open to Maxwell students/residents only. Applications can be picked up from Maxwell High School, located at 515 Oak St. All entries are due by 4 PM on Friday, April 29.
Events include Cowhide Race, Pole Bending, Goat Tying, and Steer Riding, among others.
Late entries will not be accepted. If an entry is a partnered event, both entries must be submitted. Entries can be hand delivered to the high school from 8 AM – 3:30 PM or mailed to the Maxwell Unified School District, P.O. Box 788, Maxwell 95955.
All entries will be dated and timed to determine “first come, first serve” for each event. ■
