Paul Jeraldo Garcia “Jerry” 45 passed away Sunday, Jan. 30, 2022, with his family by his side. Jerry was born July 13, 1976, in Colusa, Calif., to Pablo and Laura Garcia.
Jerry grew up in Colusa being involved in basketball and Little league baseball, he attended Colusa Schools and was a graduate of Colusa High School.
Jerry was a giving person who was always there to help anyone in need. He loved his family and treasured each and everyone of them. His smile filled the room and his sense of humor was one of a kind. Jerry was the life of the party and left everyone in stitches. Jerry loved his Dallas Cowboys and the San Francisco Giants. Jerry worked for many years as a mechanic and fabricator in the farming industry. In his free time Jerry could be found out working on a car or playing with his nieces and nephews. He loved to spoil all of them and if mom said NO, Tio would always say YES.
Jerry is survived by his two daughters Alexyss Garcia of Sacramento and Delilah Lopez of the US Airforce Reserve Travis Air Force Base. His parents Pablo and Laura Garcia, His brother Andy Garcia (wife Kelli) Sister Laura Cervantes (husband Rogelio). Nieces and Nephews Alina Garcia, Julius Cervantes, Ava Garcia, Alyiah Cervantes, Kylee Garcia, Sofia Cervantes, and Noah Cervantes. As well as his faithful 4 legged companion “King” and his ex wife and friend Megan Garcia.
As much as he will be missed here on earth by his family and friends, we all find comfort in knowing that he is now with his grandparents Modesto and Anita Garcia and Paulino and Esther Vasquez.
The public viewing and Rosary will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 9, 2022, from 4-8 PM, at McNary-Moore Funeral Service, 107 5th St., Colusa.
Services will be held Thursday, Feb. 10, 2022, at 11 AM at the Holy Cross Catholic Church, 408 Laurel St., Arbuckle.
Graveside services to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in Colusa. ■
