On Dec. 22, 2021, at 11:15 PM, the California Highway Patrol arrested Kevin Shawn Hankins, 25, of Livermore, Calif. On Interstate 5 just North of Old Hwy 99 in Colusa County on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs [VC 23152 (A),(B)].
On Dec. 23, 2021, at 11:59 PM, the California Highway Patrol arrested Christian Micah Elliott, 43, of Hesperia, Calif. near Interstate 5 at the Husted Rd. off-ramp in Colusa County on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs [VC 23152 (A),(B)].
On Dec. 24, 2021, at 9:09 PM, the California Highway Patrol arrested Oliverio Hernandez, 26, of Yuba City, Calif. on Highway 20 just east of Fairnon Rd. in Colusa County on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs [VC 23152 (A),(B)]; and driving without a license [VC 12500 (A)].
On Dec. 24, 2021, at 7:25 PM, the Williams Police Department arrested Oscar Zuniga Hernandez, 30, of Williams, Calif. in the area of Andrew Dr. and Virginia St. in Williams on suspicion of public intoxication [PC 647 (F)]; obstructing or resisting a police officer [PC 148]; disobeying a court order [PC 166 (A)(4)] ; and held on an arrest warrant.
On Dec. 24, 2021, at 04:50 PM, the California Highway Patrol arrested Robert Paul Mortensen, 29, of Central Point, Calif. on Interstate 5 at Freshwater Rd. in Colusa County on suspicion of carrying a concealed weapon [PC 25400] ; and held on an arrest warrant.
On Dec. 25, 2021, at 12:19 PM, the Williams Police Department arrested Jose De Jesus Leos, 42, of Williams, Calif. in the 800 block of 12th St. in Williams on suspicion of obstructing a police officer [PC 148]; causing harm to an elder or dependent adult [PC 368 (B)(1)]; battery on a police officer [PC 242] ; and held on an arrest warrant.
On Dec. 27, 2021, at 08:46 PM, the Williams Police Department arrested Leonardo Angel Cortez, 68, of Yuba City, Calif. in the area of 7th and E Sts. in Williams on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs [VC 23152 (A),(B)]; disobeying a court order [PC 166 (A)(4)] ; and held on an arrest warrant.
