On Dec. 17, 2021, at 06:55 PM, the Colusa Police Department arrested Serafin Ruiz Araujo, 28, of Williams, Calif., in the 900 block of 6th St. in Colusa on suspicion of check fraud [PC 476 (A)]; bringing a controlled substance into jail [PC 4573] ; and held on an arrest warrant.
On Dec. 17, 2021, at 08:23 PM, the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office arrested Hailee Jean Parker, 27, of Fairfield, Calif., in the 100 block of Margurite St. in Williams on suspicion of the possession of a controlled substance [HS 11377 (A)]; the possession of a narcotic controlled substance [HS 11350(A)]; under the influence of a specific controlled substance [HS 11550 (A)].
On Dec. 17, 2021, at 08:34 PM, the Williams Police Department arrested Mario Martinez Antunez, 41, of Williams, Calif., in the 800 block of Eighth St. in Williams on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs [VC 23152 (A),(B)]; hit and run with property damage [VC 20002 (A)].
On Dec. 17, 2021, at 12:39 AM, the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office arrested Claudia Susan Plotner, 70, of Colusa, Calif., in the area the Colusa Landing in Grimes on suspicion of battery [PC 243 (E)(1)].
On Dec. 18, 2021, at 02:49 AM, the Colusa Police Department arrested John Thomas Barron, 24, of Alameda, Calif., near Market and 12th Sts. in Colusa on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs [VC 23152 (A),(B)].
On Dec. 18, 2021, at 03:05 AM, the California Highway Patrol arrested Alan Alexis Martinez, 20, of Williams, Calif., on Old Hwy 99W just south of Myers Rd. in Colusa County on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs [VC 23152 (A),(B)].
On Dec. 18, 2021, at 12:15 AM, the California Highway Patrol arrested Richard Ramos Gonzalez, 34, of Sacramento, Calif., on Lone Star Rd. just South of Highway 20 in Colusa County on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs [VC 23152].
On Dec. 19, 2021, at 04:26 PM, the California Highway Patrol arrested Sergey Lapyuk, 52, of Antelope, Calif., on Highway 20 at Country Club Dr. in Colusa on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs [VC 23152 (A),(B)].
On Dec. 20, 2021, at 08:34 PM, the Williams Police Department arrested Sierra Rose Thompson, 25, of Sacramento, Calif., in the 400 block of Ninth St. in Williams on suspicion of inflicting a corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant [PC 273.5 (A)].
