A bench warrant in the amount of $200,000 was issued for the arrest of Anthony Lee Kirkpatrick, 37, of Chico, on Monday for failure to appear in Colusa County Superior Court on April 12 to enter a plea on charges alleging possession of a controlled substance for sale, transportation of a controlled substance for sale, and having a concealed firearm in a vehicle. Kirkpatrick was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriffs Office at 12:30 AM on Jan. 30 on Highway 45.
A bench warrant in the amount of $50,000 was issued for the arrest of Kaleb Smith Jackson, 38, of Clearlake Oaks, for failure to appear in Colusa County Superior County on April 12 for setting of trial. Jackson is facing charges alleging the unlawful taking of a vehicle in connection with his Jan. 26, 2020, arrest by the Williams Police Department.
