DRAFT NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY
2021 SACRAMENTO VALLEY REGIONAL WATER MANAGEMENT PLAN
Notice is hereby given that Reclamation District No.1004 (RD1004) proposed 2021 SACRAMENTO VALLEY REGIONAL WATER MANAGEMENT PLAN (SVRWMP), prepared pursuant to The Central Valley Improvement Act of 1992 (CVPIA) and Section 210(b) of the Reclamation Reform Act of 1982 is now available for public inspection at the RD1004 office, 317 4th Street, Colusa, CA 95932 and online at www.Reclamationdistrict1004.us. Public comments on the proposed plan will be received for consideration by the RD1004 Board of Trustees until April 12, 2023 at the RD1004 Office, 317 4th Street, Colusa, CA 95932. RD1004 will receive comments by hard copy at the provided address or to regarding the SVRWMP. The Board of Trustees will adopt the SVRWMP as drafted or modified during its regular Board of Trustees meeting scheduled for Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at 1:30 p.m.at the RD1004 office address and location noted above.
