AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT HEARING BOARD:  Member of the public but preference shall be given to a person admitted to the practice of law in this state or from the medical profession whose specialized skills, training or interests are in the fields of environmental medicine, community medicine, or occupation toxicology medicine. (3 year term)
