PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a regular meeting of the Colusa County Board of Supervisors on December 20, 2022, in the Board Chambers located at 546 Jay Street, Suite 108, Colusa, CA, the Board will consider a proposed Ordinance as follows:

ORDINANCE SUMMARY

The County of Colusa is proposing to adopt a County Code text amendment to add Article V. Electric Vehicle Charging Station Permitting Process, to Chapter 5. Building Code, for permitting of electric vehicle charging stations.
