NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Local Agency Formation Commission that a public hearing will be held on November 3rd, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. in the Colusa County Board of Supervisor’s Chambers 546 Jay Street, Colusa, California or via teleconference or other electronic means, regarding the following:

The Commission will consider an amendment to LAFCo’s Fee Schedule: Hourly Charge-out Rates Based Upon the Employment Cost Index and review and possible change to LAFCo’s Fee Deposit schedule and project time and materials rates. Any person may be heard regarding LAFCo’s Fee schedule. Persons may attend and be heard at the time and place of the hearing.
