NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT at a regular meeting of the Colusa County Board of Supervisors on December 6, 2022, at 9:30 a.m. in the Board Chambers located at 546 Jay Street, Suite 108, Colusa, CA, the Board will consider a proposed Ordinance as follows:
ORDINANCE SUMMARY
The County of Colusa is proposing to adopt a Zoning Code text amendment to amend the definition of Hotel and Motel in Section 44-0.10. Definitions, of the County Code to add occupancy time limits, add a new definition of Hotel and Motel – Extended Stay, with occupancy time limits, and amend related allowed use tables.
