NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the CITY OF COLUSA CITY COUNCIL will hold Public Hearings in the City Council chambers in the Colusa City Hall located at 425 Webster Street on November 15, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. or soon thereafter.  The meeting is for the purpose of reviewing, and making recommendation(s) to the City Council on, the following item(s):

1. A Resolution of the City of Colusa City Council review and potentially approval of a Development Agreement between the City of Colusa and XO Cannabis relative to the establishment and operation of a cannabis manufacturing / business facility located at 2851 Niagara Ave in Colusa.
