NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Colusa County Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on November 2, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. in the Board of Supervisors Chambers located at 546 Jay Street, Suite 108, Colusa, CA, to consider the following:
Amendment to Colusa County Code #PD-22-28, Colusa County – A proposed Resolution recommending the Colusa County Board of Supervisors adopt an amendment to the Colusa County Code to add Article V. Electric Vehicle Charging Station Permitting Process, to Chapter 5. Building Code. Said amendment is being added for compliance with California Government Code Sections 65850.7 and 65850.71, which require cities and counties to adopt a streamlined permitting ordinance and checklist for electric vehicle charging stations (EVCS), and is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act.

If you challenge the proposed project or environmental determination in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered at, or prior to, the public hearing.
