NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
FISCAL YEAR 2022-2023 BUDGET
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Colusa County Board of Supervisors will meet for the purpose of conducting a Public Hearing for the Recommended County of Colusa Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Budget on September 27, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. in the Board of Supervisors Chambers located at 546 Jay Street, Suite 108, Colusa, CA. The Hearing may be continued from day to day with final adoption and close of the hearing no later than October 2, 2022. Within the scheduled Public Hearing the Board will also hear comments on the Fiscal Year 2022-23 Budget of the Air Pollution Control District, The Colusa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District, the Colusa County Service #1 (Century Ranch), and Colusa County Service Area #2 (Stonyford), and the In Home Supportive Services Public Authority. The Board of Supervisors will sit as the governing body of each of the respective entities. Any member of the public may appear at the hearing and be heard regarding any item in the recommended budget or for the inclusion of additional items.
Pursuant to Government Code Section 29080 all proposals for revisions shall be submitted in writing to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors before the close of the Public Hearing. Recommended budget documents will be available to members of the public for viewing at the Office of the Board of Supervisors on September 8, 2022 or on the County website www.countyofcolusa.com.
