NOTICE OF HEARING
TO CONSIDER VACATION OF A PORTION OF STATE STREET

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Street and Highway Code Section 8320 that the Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing in the Board of Supervisors Chambers, 546 Jay Street, Suite 108, Colusa CA. on September 13, 2022 at 9:30 a.m. for the purpose of considering vacation of a portion of a street in Colusa County, to hear evidence and testimony offered by any interested party, and to enter such Orders as the Board of Supervisors deems appropriate on the following:
The County of Colusa vacates a portion of State Street, beginning at the westerly right of way of Second Alley, westerly to the easterly right of way of the River Branch Canal. A copy of the map showing the affected portion of State Street is available for review at the Office of the Clerk of the Board, 547 Market Street, Ste. 102, Colusa, CA (530)458-0508. All persons are invited to attend and be heard.
