NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the COLUSA CITY COUNCIL will hold a Public Hearing in the City Council chambers in the Colusa City Hall located at 425 Webster Street on Tuesday, August 2, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. or soon thereafter. The meeting is for the purpose of reviewing the following item:

The City Council will consider both an acquisition and a relinquishment of land related to a property located along the west side of SR20, just south of the existing Wescott Rd connection.
This property, situated in the City of Colusa, is Parcel 2 as shown on Parcel Map filed August 25, 1976 in Book 1 of Parcel Maps at page 207, Colusa County Records, which belongs to Amar Cheema (APN 002-011-004). Portions of said property shall be dedicated to and relinquished by the City of Colusa to act as a transaction with the property owner and facilitate improvements as required by the Colusa Town Center development.
All interested parties are invited to attend and express their opinions or provide written comments before the hearing. Written comments can be submitted to the Planning Department at the above address, until 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 2, 2022. Oral comments can be made at the Public Hearing.
