NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the CITY COUNCIL will hold a Public Hearing in the City Council chambers in the Colusa City Hall located at 425 Webster Street on Tuesday, May 17, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. or soon thereafter.  The meeting is for the purpose of reviewing the following items:

1. RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUSA TO APPROVE AN ADDENDUM OF PROJECT CHANGES TO THE CITY OF COLUSA WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT UPGRADE PROJECT INVOLVING ASSESSOR’S PARCEL NUMBERS 017-020-007 & 017-020-011.

Copies of the application materials are available for public review in the Planning and Building Department at City Hall, 425 Webster Street, Colusa, California.  All interested parties are invited to attend and express their opinions or provide written comments before the hearing.  Written comments can be submitted to the Planning Department at Colusa City Hall, 425 Webster Street, Colusa CA 95932, in advance of the Public Hearing.
