NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the PLANNING COMMISSION will hold a Public Hearing in the City Council chambers in the Colusa City Hall located at 425 Webster Street on Wednesday, April 13, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. or soon thereafter. The meeting is for the purpose of reviewing, and making a recommendation to the City Council on, the following item(s):
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF COLUSA PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING VARIANCE APPLICATION 01-22 (V) TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF A 7.5-FOOT-HIGH MASONRY WALL ALONG THE NORTH AND EAST PROPERTY BOUNDARIES OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 706 JAY STREET.
