CITY OF WILLIAMS
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR A SAFETY ELEMENT UPDATE AND CREATION OF AN ENVIRONMENTAL JUSTICE ELEMENT
The City of Williams is requesting proposals from qualified Consultants to update the Safety Element and to prepare an Environmental Justice Element to the City’s General Plan pursuant to Government Code § 65302(g) and (h).
Proposals for this project must include all the requirements listed under the Scope of Work, Required Tasks, and Submittal Requirements. This Request for Proposal (RFP) contains additional information regarding the selection process and general terms and conditions.
Firms wishing to be considered for this RFP, must submit three (3) hard copies of the submittal packet formatted to standard letter-sized paper and one (1) electronic PDF copy (saved on a
flash drive) of their proposal in a sealed envelope by 4:00 P.M. on Friday, September 30, 2022. Proposal shall be signed by an authorized officer in order to receive consideration. The envelope should be clearly marked as shown below:

Prospective consultants can e-mail any questions about the RFP to Katheryn Ramsaur, Assistant City Planner at email@example.com or Frank Kennedy, City Administrator at firstname.lastname@example.org before 4 PM on Friday, September 23, 2022. No oral questions or inquiry about his RFP shall be accepted.
