COUNTY OF COLUSA
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Colusa County Board of Supervisors will conduct a Public Hearing on December 14, 2021 at 9:30 a.m. in the County Board of Supervisors’ Chambers at 546 Jay Street, Suite 108, Colusa, CA, 95932 to consider: (1) the adoption of an Ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 701 establishing the Arbuckle-College City traffic impact fee and Ordinance No. 705 establishing the County-Wide Development Impact fees; and (2) the adoption of a Resolution approving the 2021 County-Wide Development Impact Fee Update/Nexus Study, approving the rate of said impact fees, and rescinding Board Resolution No. 19-013.

Pursuant to Government Code §66016, related documents are on file for public inspection at the Colusa County Community Development Department located at 1213 Market Street, Colusa, CA 95932 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, exclusive of holidays or by calling (530) 458-0480.  Said documentation is also available on-line at the Colusa County Community Development Department webpage at: https://www.countyofcolusa.org/25/Community-Development-Department.

Pursuant to Title 14 of the California Code of Regulations, Section 1506l(b)(3), this action is exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) in that it is not a Project which has the potential for causing a significant effect on the environment.

If you challenge this action(s) in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Board of Supervisors at, or prior to, the public hearing.

All interested parties are invited to attend said hearing and express their views on this matter verbally or in writing. Should you be unable to attend the public hearing, your comments must be made in writing and delivered to the Clerk of the Board, 547 Market Street, Suite 102, Colusa, CA 95932 or e-mail to boardclerk@countyofcolusa.org prior to the scheduled hearing date.  Additional documentation is available for review in accordance with Agenda Scheduling Deadlines at the Office of the Clerk of the Board.
