COLUSA COUNTY AIRPORT LAND USE COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO CONSIDER ESTABLISHING A PROJECT REVIEW AND MISCELLANEOUS FEE SCHEDULE 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the COLUSA COUNTY AIRPORT LAND USE COMMISSION will conduct a Public Hearing on November 1, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. in the County Board of Supervisors’ Chambers at 546 Jay Street, Suite 108, Colusa, CA, 95932 to consider establishing a project review and miscellaneous fee schedule.

All interested parties are invited to attend said hearing and express their views on this matter verbally or in writing. Should you be unable to attend the public hearing, your comments must be made in writing and delivered to the Clerk of the Board, 547 Market Street, Suite 102, Colusa, CA 95932 or e-mail to boardclerk@countyofcolusa.org prior to the scheduled hearing date.

Pursuant to Government Code §66016, related documents are on file for public inspection at the Colusa County Community Development Department located at 1213 Market Street, Colusa, CA 95932 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, exclusive of holidays or by calling (530) 458-0480.

If you challenge this action(s) in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Airport Land Use Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.

Additional documentation is available for review in accordance with Agenda Scheduling Deadlines at the Office of the Clerk of the Board.  Written comments are invited and should be received no later than the date of the public hearing by the Clerk of the Board, 547 Market Street, Suite 102, Colusa, CA 95932 or e-mail to boardclerk@countyofcolusa.org
