NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the COLUSA COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION will conduct a Public Hearing November 3, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. in the Board of Supervisors Chambers located at 546 Jay Street, Suite 108, Colusa, CA, to consider the following: 

TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP FOR L&M RICE FARM (PD 21-10) – Proposed Resolution of the Planning Commission to adopt CEQA Exemptions and approve a Tentative Parcel Map subdividing an existing 120.3+/- acre property into two parcels (Parcel 1 – 40.1+/- acres and Parcel 2 – 80.2+/- acres) on property zoned Exclusive Agriculture (E-A).   The project site is located at 4991 Four Mile Road approximately one mile northeast of the intersection Two Mile Road and Delevan Road approximately 6.5 miles northeast of the Community of Maxwell, identified as APN 011-060-006.

The Planning Commission will consider exemptions from CEQA pursuant to Title 14, Article 5 of the California Code of Regulations Sections 15060(c)(2) because this project will not result in a direct or reasonably foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment, and 15061(b)(3) because there is no possibility that the project may have a significant effect on the environment.
