NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Colusa County Board of Supervisors will conduct a Public Hearing on October 26, 2021 at 9:30 a.m. in the County Board of Supervisors’ Chambers at 546 Jay Street, Suite 108, Colusa, CA, 95932 to consider the adoption of an ordinance for a Zoning Text Amendment (PD 21-26) and CEQA Exemption as follows:
Zoning Amendment #PD-21-26, Colusa County – A zoning text amendment to amend the performance standards in Sections 44-2.20.20, 44-2.40.20, and 44-2.50.20 of the County Code to clarify that the traffic volumes limits apply to new traffic volumes and find that the proposed text amendment is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to Section 15301 of the CEQA Guidelines as it relates to the operation and permitting of existing public or private structures involving negligible or no expansion of the existing or former use.
