NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Colusa County Board of Supervisors will conduct a Public Hearing on October 26, 2021 at 9:30 a.m. in the County Board of Supervisors Chambers at 546 Jay Street, Suite 108, Colusa, CA, 95932 to consider the adoption of an ordinance for a Zoning Map Amendment (PD 21-01, Harrington) and CEQA Exemptions:

1.) Adoption of a proposed ordinance approving a Zoning Map Amendment rezoning 6.2+/- of a 118.9 acre property from Exclusive Agriculture (E-A) to Airport (A-V).  This approval would allow the tentative approval of a Parcel Map to divide an 118.9+/- acre property into three parcels (Parcel 1 – 47.5+/- acres, Parcel 2 – 65.2+/- acres, and Parcel 3 – 6.2+/- acres).  The project site is located at 1707 Lone Star Road, in the Williams area and is also identified as APN 018-080-016.

2.) Adopting Exemptions from CEQA pursuant to Title 14, Article 5 of the California Code of Regulations Sections 15060(c)(2) because this project will not result in a direct or reasonably foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment, and 15061(b)(3) because there is no possibility that the project may have a significant effect on the environment.
