COUNTY OF COLUSA PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Colusa County Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on October 6, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. in the Board of Supervisors Chambers located at 546 Jay Street, Suite 108, Colusa, CA, to consider the following:
Zoning Amendment #PD-21-26, Colusa County – A proposed Resolution recommending that the Colusa County Board of Supervisors adopt a zoning amendment to amend the performance standards in Sections 44-2.20.20, 44-2.40.20, and 44-2.50.20 of the County Code to clarify that the traffic volumes limits apply to new traffic and find that the proposed text amendment is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act.
