NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A hearing will be held Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at 2:00 p.m., at the Community Development Department, 1213 Market Street, Colusa, California. All interested persons are invited to submit comments in writing, or attend and be heard. Written comments should be filed with the Community Development Department.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the applicants as listed below have applied to the Colusa County Zoning Administrator for the designated projects at each respective location which require a minor use permit, minor variance, and/or environmental determination:
PD-21-12, Minor Use Permit for Raymond Randle: The project consists of a Proposed Categorical Exemption and Minor Use Permit to allow the use of a cargo container as a food pantry (Community Service Facility) located at 51 5th Street in the Arbuckle area, also identified as APN 020-102-001. The property is zoned Mixed Use (MU). The cargo container is 10 feet by 40 feet. The applicant will distribute free food items every other Saturday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm from the project site.
