NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE PLANNING COMMISSION will hold a Public Hearing in the City Council chambers in the Colusa City Hall located at 425 Webster Street on Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. or soon thereafter. The meeting is for the purpose of reviewing, and potentially approving, the following item(s):
Variance Application 02-20 (V) to allow construction of a single-family dwelling within the minimum required front yard setback area allowed under City of Colusa Zoning Code Section 5.05.
